1. Counter batten installation

2. Color stone coated roofing tile installation

1) The tiles are installed from bottom to top. The first tile is 20mm from the eaves, and the second tile is installed in turn on the ridge. If there is excess, it needs to be cut or pulled down to a suitable position.

2) 20-25mm flat-head stainless steel or galvanized screws are required to connect the tiles to the tiles. The first tile is screwed into the groove of the tile to connect with the tile, and then the second tile covers the cover of the first tile, and then it is driven in from the groove of the lower mouth to fix the tile. A tile requires 7 screws, 3 on the bottom and 4 on the top.

Install the gutter first, then install the color stone coated roofing tile. When installing the tiles in the gutter, pay attention to the fact that the tiles need to be folded down by 20mm. When cutting the tiles, align them evenly. It is best to pre-lay the tiles before cutting them, and then play the cutting lines and fold lines.
